What a great blog! I just found your site and it has really made me chuckle! We have two Borders (Biggles and Buster) who are a constant source of amusement. - Colin

Really enjoy this blog, found it last week. I love these photos, especially the one in the snow :)

So cute. Are they both the same age. I am thinking about getting a second one.

Borders are like potato chips. Hard to stop with just one!

Oh my how I have seen a bite like that before! Showing teeth.........
a natural characteristic for a border. So much tooth and so little rumpus play.
My border is always playful in the morning, wanting to go a few rounds with his mum!

This is a GREAT shot!! My Border has teeth that look like they belong to a dog twice his size! This picture reminds me of that.

They are such pretenders. Vicious appearing attacks that are all bluster. But they freak out neighboors and their dogs. Wish I could find a way to teach them some social skills. When our male takes an interest in females, our female bites and incites. She's such a manipulator. It has become a real problem that seems rooted in their DNA. Would really like some input from others on how to change this behaviour, because I enjoy getting them out with other dogs, and they're good with dogs with whom they are familiar. Worse on leash than when off. Suggestions?
