Chihuahua, Border terrier chase off mountain lion

Just goes to show ya, these little dogs have no fear.

A big cat picked a fight with the wrong little dogs. Chiquita the Chihuahua and Rosie the Border terrier chased off a cougar that had wondered into a small town near the Oregon State University campus. The cougar had pinned down Rosie, who squealed, but Chiquita was able to persuaded the big cat to flee by barking viciously. Chiquita and Rosie are tough, but lucky that the big cat ran away. The small town backs up to a wooded area with deer trails all over. Warning signs about cougars are posted on all of the trails. The dogs are fine.
